My passion drives my profession. I have focused my growth-mindset and equity practices on my students. I am committed to serving and supporting a diverse student population, have a strong background in traditional and non-traditional students including high school students, college students, working adults, veterans, 25+, LGBTQ, parents, and students needing accessibility services to accomplish their higher education and career goals. Educational has provided a brighter future for my students and their families to improve their quality of life. Being an advocate for higher education, including certification and degree programs, In my 13 years of experience, I have worked in a variety of capacities academic, career development, counseling, coaching, advising, program development, outreach engagement, and as an educator to provide effective student wraparound services. My Philosophy is student-centered and I practice consistent and ongoing communication with my students. I am currently in the process of finishing my dissertation for Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership in Education.
